Summary: This data collection looks at religion, self-rated health, depression, and psychological well-being in a sample of older Blacks and older Whites (aged 65 and over) within the United States. Questions were asked regarding religious status, activities, and beliefs among those who currently practice the Christian faith, those who used to be Christian but are not now, and those who have never been associated with any religion during their lifetimes.
