Center for Population Research in L G B T Health

Participating Scientists

Housed in The Fenway Institute of Fenway Health in Boston, Massachusetts, the Center brings together a community of scholars and practitioners on the cutting edge of LGBT health and population research. Several of the Center's scholars are in residence at The Fenway Institute; others are based in universities and community organizations across the United States.

The Center's members are a diverse and interdisciplinary group. Among them are senior scientists of national prominence and junior scholars engaged in promising and exciting research. Their expertise spans the intersecting fields of public health, social and behavioral medicine, preventative medicine, community health, nursing, sociology, intervention research, psychology and economics. The published work of the Center's members has appeared in journals such as American Journal of Public Health, Social Science & Medicine, AIDS Education & Prevention, AIDS Care, and Health Psychology. Their work has also informed the implementation and design of many interventions and programs.
